Is this service right for you?

This service may be a good fit if you:

• are an adult located in New York

• have a common concern such as a urinary symptoms, vaginal symptoms, medication questions, or birth control questions

• are comfortable completing a short medical questionnaire online

• do not need immediate emergency care

Visits are reviewed twice daily, 6 days per week. Most submissions are addressed the same day if received before the evening review window of 7pm.

This service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as fever, flank pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, or other urgent concerns, please seek immediate in-person medical care or call emergency services.
