UTI Evaluation

Burning with urination, urinary urgency, or frequent trips to the bathroom can be signs of a urinary tract infection.

For many otherwise healthy adults, uncomplicated urinary symptoms can be safely evaluated through a secure asynchronous telehealth visit.

How this visit works

  1. Complete a short intake form describing your symptoms and medical history.

  2. Your information is reviewed by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner.

  3. You receive a medical assessment and personalized guidance.

  4. Most visits submitted before the evening review window are addressed the same day.

This visit may be appropriate if you have:

  • Burning with urination

  • Urinary urgency or frequency

  • Mild lower abdominal discomfort

This service is not appropriate for:

  • Fever

  • Flank pain

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe or worsening symptoms

These symptoms may require in-person evaluation.
